Studio Marginal is a boutique film production company based in Vancouver, founded by French-Canadian sisters Yael Carnet (producer) and Laura Carnet (writer-director).

Driven by a passion for stories that exist on the fringes, we focus on auteur works that blend audacious worlds with socially engaged narratives. We are drawn to the unconventional, the poetic, and the daring, fostering a creative home for filmmakers who believe in a cinematic art that is both evocative and exploratory.
